Curvy Parties produces body-positive nightlife events for the plus-size community in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and beyond. This policy explains what information we collect through curvyparties.com and at our events, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you send us — your name, email address, and message when you email us or reach out about tickets, casting, birthdays, or partnerships.
• Ticket confirmations — when you pay by CashApp or PayPal and send us a payment screenshot with your name so we can add you to the guest list.
• Basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site fast and secure.

Payments

Ticket payments are processed by Eventbrite, CashApp, and PayPal. We never see or store your card numbers or bank details — those are handled entirely by the payment provider you choose, under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

• To confirm tickets and manage guest lists.
• To answer questions and coordinate group bookings, birthdays, and VIP options.
• To send you event details you asked for.

We do not sell your personal information.

Photos and video at events

Our events are photographed and filmed for recaps and promotion. By attending, you may appear in event photos or video. If you appear in published content and would like it removed, contact us and we will work with you.

Retention and your rights

We keep guest-list and correspondence records only as long as needed to run our events. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
